“I believe Mansfield has the potential to become one of the best small towns in Arkansas.”

Why Mansfield, Arkansas?

Mansfield is a small town with lots of potential. You can find most items you would find in a big city such as restaurants, shopping, parks, and more.

Real estate

Property can be purchased at a fraction of other nearby cities making it a great place to buy your dream home. There are many homes, apartments, and duplexes available for rent, also.

Mansfield is a short 30 minute drive from the 2nd largest city (Fort Smith) in Arkansas.

Mansfield has one of the best schools around. A new High School with positive academic results, state of the art athletic facilities, and some of the best teachers available.

Mansfield Police Department to Move

Recently the City received the deed to the old Mercy Clinic located next to City Hall in downtown Mansfield. The City Council approved for remodeling to take place on the facility and get it ready for the Police Department to move into. Currently, the PD is located on 71 Hwy out by the High School and this will place them back into the heart of the city. They are expected to move in within a few weeks.

Starting this Monday - June 6th, the Mansfield Library located inside the City Hall will be offering a Story and Activity Hour for Children Ages 4 and up. This program will be held each Monday through July 25th from 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM. Hope to see ya there! Please Share!
